Maintenance Packages with Players Cars Ltd
Maintenance Packages with Players Cars Ltd
At Players Cars Ltd, we want to make leasing as simple and stress-free as possible — and that includes taking care of your vehicle’s upkeep.
Please note: the maintenance prices shown on our website are based on average rates across our network of funders. The exact cost for your vehicle and agreement will be confirmed by one of our Leasing Consultants as part of your personalised quotation.
What Is a Maintenance Package?
A maintenance package is an optional add-on to your lease agreement that covers the essential running costs of your vehicle — including servicing, tyres, MOTs, and general maintenance throughout the term of your lease.
Some packages also include breakdown assistance for added peace of mind.
In most cases, you’ll only need to call one dedicated number for all your maintenance, servicing, and roadside needs — making it simple and convenient.
The exact cover will vary between funders, but here’s a general overview of what’s typically included and what’s not.
What’s Usually Included
✅ All scheduled servicing required during your lease
✅ MOTs (for contracts over 3 years)
✅ Replacement tyres for punctures and fair wear
✅ Maintenance repairs such as bulbs, wipers, and other wear-and-tear items
✅ Roadside assistance (included with many packages)
What’s Usually Not Included
❌ Repairs or replacements caused by driver error or negligence
❌ Accidental damage, including kerbed or damaged tyres
❌ Windscreen replacement or repairs
❌ Lost or broken items (e.g. missing hubcaps or keys)
❌ Misfuelling (e.g. diesel in a petrol engine)
Adding a Maintenance Package
You can add a maintenance package at any time before your vehicle delivery is booked.
If you’ve already signed your finance contract and decide to add maintenance later, your documents will need to be reissued.
For personal customers, this will also trigger a new cooling-off period starting from the date the updated contracts are signed.
Why Choose a Maintained Lease?
There are plenty of great reasons to include maintenance in your lease agreement — here are just a few:
No hassle – Your funder arranges all servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
Single point of contact – One number for all maintenance needs.
Trusted garages – All work is completed by approved service centres.
Collection & delivery – Most providers collect your car and return it once the work is complete.
Mobile repairs – Some tyre or minor repairs can be done at your home or workplace.
Roadside assistance – Breakdown cover is included with many maintenance packages.
Predictable costs – Fixed monthly payments make budgeting easy.
No big bills – Costs are spread across the duration of your lease.
Tailored to you – Each maintenance package is personalised to your car, term, and mileage.
Peace of mind – You know exactly who to call and what’s covered.
What’s Included by Each Funder
We work with a wide range of trusted finance partners and funders, each offering their own version of a maintenance package.
To see exactly what’s covered by your funder, please contact your Players Cars Leasing Consultant, who will provide a detailed breakdown.
If your lease is funded and maintained through a manufacturer finance partner, please contact us directly — we’ll confirm what’s included in their specific maintenance plan.
Servicing Intervals
Your funder will usually contact you directly when servicing is due, but you can also find the recommended service intervals for your specific vehicle in your owner’s handbook or on the manufacturer’s website.
In Summary
A maintained lease is the easiest way to enjoy your vehicle with complete peace of mind.
With one fixed monthly payment, all your major running costs are covered — keeping you on the road, without the worry of unexpected repair bills.
