You have the statutory right to cancel this contract without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of signing the order pack. This legal right applies equally to all personal customers, sole traders, and partnerships with up to four partners. You will receive a refund of the £239 processing fee (inc. VAT) in full.
For orders cancelled after 14 calendar days, the following cancellation fees will apply:
If you cancel after the 14-calendar day period but before signing your Contract Hire or Personal Contract Hire agreement, you will receive a full refund, less a fee of £5.00 (inc. VAT). This fee will be deducted from the £239 processing fee paid at the point of order.
If you cancel after the 14-calendar day period and after signing your Contract Hire or Personal Contract Hire agreement, Players Cars Leasing will retain the full processing fee of £239 (inc. VAT) to cover costs and expenses incurred in arranging the credit hire agreement.
If the cancellation results from actions outside of the control of either Players Cars Leasing or the customer, reimbursement will be at the discretion of the company.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify Players Cars Leasing of your decision by a clear written statement either by post or email:
